Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the date the item is received for a full refund. Items must be in original condition to receive a refund. Damaged or broken items will not be accepted. After 30 days ShadeMount will offer to exchange the item or offer a full refund only for items that are deemed defective or have broken during proper use for 1 year from the date of purchase. All other returns are subject to a 3o% restocking fee. You are responsible for the items until received and for the cost of return shipping. Please contact us through the online contact form to initiate an exchange or return. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until we have received the item.
