Our family lives in Arizona, love the ShadeMount 4, works great and doesn’t take up any room on our small deck.

We purchased a ShadeMount recently and have a new found love for our deck in the afternoons. As hot as it gets in CA we are always looking for a way to keep cool. Our deck is rather small and hasn’t been used as often as we like because of the afternoon sun. Using a standard umbrella mount takes up too much room. We had thought of purchasing a retractable awning however they are quite expensive. ShadeMount was very economical and we love the fact it is made in the USA. We now look forward to many shaded afternoons on our deck!

We live in a townhome and have a small deck. ShadeMount has allowed us to use a patio umbrella to provide shade to our deck without taking up much needed floor space. We highly recommend this product to anyone living in a condo or townhome with limited amount of space. We are now able to entertain without the glare of the sun no matter what time of day!
